I think it’s only a matter of time before we start to see fold comparisons between the Brompton and other larger wheeled bikes. The only way they can carve a piece of this portion of the market is by folding smaller.
That’s what has always attracted me to them. The Dahon rides really nicely but essentially just folds in half. It also cost me 10% of the price of a new 6 speed Brompton though so…
Christian, I've just realised I haven't been receiving emails from you all year despite having email notifications switched on. Have you been sending these out in email form? Substack's annoying chatbot has been unhelpful...but I'll keep trying! I hope you're keeping well xo
Hi, Yes they have all been sent out. I shall check the backend to see if there is anything up but some changes at Substack seem to have many of my emails ending up in spam folders. :-/

The larger wheeled Brompton looks interesting, but takes it in the realm of my Dahon Speed 7 (which already has 7 gears)

Could the issue might be with your email provider? As it's you if you ever want me to just read it down the phone you only have to call :-)
