Yes, I had a few visitors whilst in the mountains and George Anita and Tina made the hike. I’m currently stood up a mountain above the top hut playing with my amateur radio and enjoying the sun coming over the Alps. It’s a beautiful day here in this part of Switzerland and I think I will stay another day on the mountain
The first I saw of this map I was wondering if you were going to attempt another bikepacking trip like you did a couple of years ago. Or even a motorbike trip. But I can see now this picture s more about the destination hikes rather than long distance trip. I look forward to your reminiscences Christian.
Yes, to be honest that map was if I were to motorbike there. Which wasn’t officially an option. But thanks to Brexit and massive delays at the border. I thought the train would be the best bet. :-)
I’m think the nerve racking is the fact that back then you were responsible for just you. Now you have a family to consider. That being said it’s an amazing thing to be doing.
