...certainly struck a chord with me. Although most definitely not as active as you (and older at 62) I still marvel that thankfully most of my bodily functions still work and my health is not a barrier to doing all of the things that I want to do. Sure, I have some niggles here and there plus I can certainly feel the effects of physical exertion the next day, but I'm so thankful that I've not been afflicted with any serious ailments and don't require any regular medication.
