Have you listened to “The Lovecraft Investigations” on BBC Sounds? They’re a fun listen and season 2 (of 4) has quite a bit to say about the Count St German.
How was Fraser? I’ve still never met him, yet he is one of the first people I got to know online through my old photography platform site.
UBI is interesting and I wonder if such a thing will ever materialise? Pensions are hit and miss, mine isn’t fantastic as I freelanced for a very long time before going permanent in 21.
Love the quotes and the contemplation on getting older. I am still not used to the fact, that I am not the youngest my family anymore due to my younger cousins and children of my sister. But I just don't get so angry about little problems anymore since I was sick for some time. You just make the best of what life is willing to offer you from day to day.
My fiancé would love to visit London in 2025. Maybe, if you have time, we could also meet up for a drink or coffee. He will be 49 in 25 so I think you are about the age. He grew up in GDR though. Could be fun.
For mail I rarely use gmail now. Maybe about 10% is still through it. I pay privateemail linked through Namecheap I also host my email though the domain bit of Apple Mail.
Although I’m considering moving everything into private email completely. It’s a good service.

I haven’t but I’ll have to check them out. Cheers!

It was great to catch up with him. It’s been too long. He had one of those lovely Ricoh GR digital cameras :-)
Love my GR3x - it’s going to get some use next week and the week after.

Cool! Give me a heads up when you plan to be around :-)
I also met with Fraser this week. A brief meeting over lunch and a play with his camera. It’s quite something for its age.
