Just as a cyclist (basically) never regrets having ridden their bike, I never regret opening your missives, Christian. (I was amazed (and relieved) by Wikipedia's confirming that news of a person's death was greatly exaggerated. And your story about the binge-eating contest lives, as the kids say, rent-free in my head.) Keep doing what you do, and I really hope we can talk in person one day over beer or coffee.
Hi Alexander, thank you so much for your lovely comment …although you’ve made me feel a little bit guilty for not having written by bike anywhere near as much as I should have this year. It’s a little thought. I’ve been having regularly recently and I have a feeling I will try to make up for last time as soon as the temperature rises above 12°C.
If we do get to hang out then the coffee/cake or beer is on me :-)
