There are two places that I feel very connected to. I’m a Hampshire lad, born here and still live here to this very day. Love it. I do also really love Pembrokeshire and a particular part of Cornwall, there is a connection in both places in terms of ancestry; plus they are just damn beautiful!
Yes it’s interesting to consider why home feels like home. Every time I have moved I’ve felt like I’d deeply miss the place I’m leaving. But although nostalgic about everywhere I’ve called home, I’m glad that I can still feel present around those I love.
