Some great connections made here especially Jim Morrison. My brother and I listened to a lot of their material in the 90s. Often having boozy listening parties with friends from the local area. Their infusion of jazz and rock always inspired me. The year 2000 took me to Paris on a solo trip (two years later I met my wife) and I went on a voyage of cultural discovery. It just so happens one of the places I visited was Jim Morrison’s grave at La Pere L’achaise cemetery. Forgive me if I wrote the name wrong! It was very fascinating and at the time the grave was guarded!
